EASY TIPS ON HOW TO ENHANCE ONE’S COMMAND OF ENGLISH.
Improving English proficiency requires consistent effort and exposure to the language. Reading widely—newspapers and online articles helps learners absorb vocabulary, sentence structures and idiomatic expressions. Writing daily, even short journal entries or emails, sharpens grammar and organization of ideas. Listening to podcasts, news broadcasts and movies trains the ear to understand different accents and natural speech patterns. Speaking practice, whether with friends or through public speaking, builds confidence and fluency. Additionally, learning new words in context rather than in isolation makes them easier to remember and use. Grammar exercises and vocabulary apps can also reinforce accuracy. Finally, self-evaluation by recording and reviewing one’s speech or writing highlights areas for improvement. By combining reading, writing, listening and speaking with regular practice, anyone can steadily enhance their command of English and use it effectively in academic, professional and social contexts. Women’s Rights in Modern Society: Education or Strict Laws – What Is the Real Solution?

Qn: Women are deprived of their rights in many societies even today. Some people argue that it can be addressed by progressive education. Other are of the view that stringent laws can solve this issue. Discuss both views and state your view. In many societies, women continue to face discrimination and are denied basic rights. While some people believe that progressive education is the key to addressing this problem, others argue that stringent laws are more effective. Both approaches have their own merits, but I believe that a combination of education and legal enforcement is necessary for lasting change. On the one hand, progressive education plays a vital role in transforming societal attitudes. By teaching both boys and girls about gender equality, schools can challenge deep-rooted stereotypes and promote mutual respect. Educated women are more likely to pursue careers, become financially independent and assert their rights. For example, countries with high female literacy rates, such as Finland and Canada, show greater gender equality in workplaces and politics. Education also empowers communities to question harmful traditions and practices, gradually reducing discrimination. On the other hand, without strong legal frameworks, education alone may not be enough. Stringent laws are essential to protect women from violence, exploitation, and unequal treatment. For instance, laws against domestic abuse, workplace harassment and child marriage provide women with legal recourse and send a clear message that such behaviour is unacceptable. Nations like Rwanda, which introduced strict gender-based laws, have seen significant improvements in women’s representation and safety. In conclusion, I believe that education and legislation must work hand in hand. Education changes mindsets, while laws provide protection and enforcement. Together, they create a society where women can enjoy equal rights and opportunities. G. John B-GHUD ACADEMY Mavelikara. 9388908089

Skilled Migration: Opportunity for Growth or Loss for Developing Countries?
Qn: Some people believe that governments of developing nations should promote their professionals to migrate to developed nations while others argue that governments should discourage this trend. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Ans: The debate surrounding the migration of professionals from developing nations to progressive nations has sparked intense discussion. While some argue that governments of developing nations should encourage this trend, others believe it should be discouraged. This essay will examine both perspectives and provide an opinion on the matter. On one hand, promoting migration of professionals such as engineers and nurses can have several benefits for developing nations. Brain gain is a significant advantage, where professionals acquire new skills, expertise and networks, which can be utilized to contribute to their home country’s development when they return. For instance, the Indian government’s “Make in India” initiative has attracted professionals from the diaspora to return and contribute to the country’s growth. Additionally, remittances sent by migrant professionals in hard currencies can support the economy of the home country, helping to alleviate the issues of the less privileged and stimulate economic growth. On the other hand, emigration of professionals can lead to brain drain, depriving developing nations of much-needed skills and expertise. This can hinder the development of critical sectors, such as healthcare and education and aggravate existing shortages. To cite an example, the migration of healthcare professionals from Africa to developed countries has worsened the continent’s healthcare crisis. Furthermore, the loss of skilled professionals can lead to a vicious cycle, where developing nations are unable to develop due to the lack of human capital. You can also read: Why English Fluency is Key to Building Confidence and Expanding Your Career Horizons Worldwide In my opinion, governments of developing nations should adopt a balanced approach, neither promoting nor discouraging the migration of professionals. Instead, they should focus on creating an environment that encourages professionals to return and contribute to national development. This can be achieved by investing in education, infrastructure and innovation, making it attractive for professionals to stay or return. For instance, countries like Singapore and Taiwan have successfully implemented policies to attract and retain talent, driving economic growth and development. In conclusion, while the migration of professionals can bring benefits, it also poses significant challenges for developing nations. Governments should prioritize in creating an environment conducive to development, encouraging professionals to contribute to their home country’s growth, rather than solely promoting or discouraging migration. Jobs Abroad vs. India: Where Should You Build Your Career

India is experiencing unprecedented growth across various fields, including software, manufacturing, arms and ammunition, HEALTHCARE, international trade and commerce, and progressive education. The country’s demographic dividend, with a large, young population below the age of 35, is fueling this progress. As a result, India is emerging to be global powerhouse. It has already become the fourth largest economic power with 145 crores of people. A huge population need not be a liability; because when they are skilled, they become human resources. Most rich nations are not blessed with enough population, instead are struggling hard with an aging population who are senile and not productive. India’s present growth is offering vast opportunities for job aspirants in India itself, provided their attitude towards work us proactive, their multitasking ability and, of course, their communication skills in English, the language of global business and trade, is commendable. With its rapid growth, India is becoming an attractive destination for professionals, entrepreneurs and investors. Given the country’s prosperity and pace of development, it is indeed advantageous for Indian job aspirants to stay in India, leveraging its growing economy and opportunities to build a successful and fulfilling career. In short, India can easily offer lucrative jobs for its qualified citizens, however big the number of job seekers is. Let India shine bright. Top Reasons Nurses Need the NCLEX-RN Before Moving Abroad

The NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse) is a standardized exam that nursing graduates must pass to become licensed registered nurses (RNs) in AUSTRALIA, THE USA & Canada. The exam assesses knowledge, skills and abilities essential for safe and effective practice as an entry-level RN. It covers a wide range of topics, including patient care, health promotion and pharmacological therapies. To book the NCLEX-RN exam, candidates must first apply for licensure through their state’s board of nursing. Once the application is processed, candidates will receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) email from Pearson VUE, the exam’s administrator. The ATT email typically includes instructions on how to schedule the exam appointment. Candidates can then contact Pearson VUE’s call center or use their online scheduling system to book a test appointment at a Pearson Professional Centre. It’s essential to schedule the exam promptly after receiving the ATT (Authorisation to Test) email, as the ATT is valid for a specified time frame. The exam comes to about USD 360. Exam centres are in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai & New Delhi. Since the pay scale of nurses in these 3 nations are more than 5 lakhs per month, it is a great option to upskill with the globally accepted NCLEX-RN.
